Barbados
Training Programs will be
established after direct consultation with the
swimming
coach. You tell us when you want to train and how.
Track and field facilities can be reserved and confirmed prior to the team's
arrival in Barbados. Clinics specific to
the needs of your team can be organized if so desired. Guest
coaches and instructors can also be arranged.
Access to weight equipment will be available in most locations. |

Day 1
Leave your departure city
for Barbados on either
AIR CANADA or BWI.
Upon
arrival in the Barbados, you will be transferred to your
accommodation for the next
7 evenings
(dorm-like
setting).
Breakfast
and dinner is included each day of your stay.

 Day 2
Free day today to relax and to get acquainted with
the area. Perhaps visit
Orchid World today.
Orchid World, located on a six
acre former chicken/pig farm, is surrounded by sugarcane in the
heart of the Barbadian countryside. With an elevation of 810 ft a
number of vantage points allow you to take in the view. The
location is ideal for growing and displaying the more than 20,000
Orchids.

Day 3
The team will have
one or two training sessions today against a local team.

Day 4
Free
day today. You will quickly discover the enchanting beauty of this
island.
Here in
the embrace of the exotic West Indian climate, the Bajans, an
intelligent, proud and free people cheerfully welcome visitors
from all over the world. The island itself gets over 3,000 hours
of sunshine
per year and combined with the
gentle Northeast winds, the
climate is
unparalleled for relaxation.

Day 5
During the day, the group could visit
Harrison's
Cave, a magnificent series of vaulted
limestone caverns filled with crystallized limestone. This is
undoubtedly one of the most spectacular natural attractions in the
entire Caribbean. Your eyes feast on a series of chambers,
incredible stalactites and stalagmites, bubbling stream, tumbling
cascades, plunging waterfalls and emerald pools.
At various points
the tram stops to allow passengers to disembark and have a closer
look.
The team
will have one or two training sessions today.

 Day
6
Perhaps do an island
tour this morning. For those appreciative of natural beauty, the
rough hewn beauty of the northern or eastern coastlines have wave
- eroded sea caves and arches, soaring cliffs and crags, tiny
deserted coves and mile long beaches.
Day 7
The
team will have one or two training sessions
today.

Day 8
Transfer back to the airport in the early
afternoon for return to your original
departure city.
