Encore mails out tournament information approximately one year prior to the actual travel dates. It is highly advised that coaches and teacher begin planning a trip almost a year in advance to join the best tournaments, secure the most affordable flights and organize fundraisers.

The following items are included in the cost of most tours:

  • Return airfare from your departure city on regularly scheduled airlines
  • 5-8 night accommodations in fine hotels, located in safe areas
  • 3-4 series of exhibition games against local teams
  • Participation in scheduled tournament or pre-arranged training sessions with top-class, local coaches
  • Tournament t-shirts
  • Assistance with securing extensive tourist information, pro sports tickets etc.
  • 1-15 passenger or 2 mini vans per team (some school boards prohibit 15 passenger van rentals in which case mini vans can be provided)

Options that may be added to your tour:

  • Travel insurance: It is imperative that all travellers have medical insurance when leaving Canada. Encore offers all clients (students and adults) comprehensive medical, cancellation and baggage coverage through RBC insurance Company of Canada. This is not a standard tour inclusion, but may be purchased individually or by the whole group. Complete details oF RBC’s travel insurance package are available and readily provided with detailed day to day itineraries.
  • Day to day excursions

Not included in the cost of most tours:

  • Expenses of personal nature
  • Meals
  • Tournament entry feeds

Exhibition play

  • If you are unable to travel during the timeframe of our scheduled tournament, we are able to secure highly competitive exhibition games/matches against local high school or club teams of equal caliber.

Boot camp and conditioning

  • If coaches are looking to enroll their teams in intensive conditioning training, we have access to multipurpose training facilities, gyms and fields to put your teams to work! Encore will secure all of the details and work these logistics into your itinerary.

Payment schedule:

  1. $2000.00 team deposit is required to confirm your team’s booking
  2. Second payment of $200.00 per traveller is due 3-6 months later
  3. Final payment from all travellers is due approximately 30-45 days prior to departure
